Auditing in the areas of social responsibility, employee welfare and working conditions has become increasingly important in recent years. AP&S is also increasingly focusing on corporate social responsibility (CSR) with a team of four employees.
The joy after passing the RBA audit is great, because meeting the requirements and standards is not a matter of course. The auditors spent a day on site to gain a personal impression of AP&S and its social interaction. The auditing organization assesses whether humane and reliable corporate governance is carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct. The resulting evaluations are useful for the continuous improvement process, which enables the company to develop further.
