Included: a large-scale wet processing facility designed to meet the highest standards and requirements of industrial use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is being shipped here is more than just a wet process plant - it is the result of experience, technical know-how and true teamwork and will make a significant contribution to the European semiconductor industry.
