Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain in the memory of your device until you delete them. These cookies allow your browser to be recognized the next time you visit the website.
Cookies that are necessary to enable electronic communication or certain functions that you wish to use (such as the shopping cart) are stored in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure an optimal, technically error-free service. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. for the analysis of your surfing behavior) are also stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
SERVER LOG FILES
The website provider automatically collects and stores in "server log files" information that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referring URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or for measures in advance of a contract.
When you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the information entered on the form, including the contact information you provide, to respond to your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your consent.
We will therefore only process the data you enter in the contact form with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail with this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request can still be processed lawfully.
We will retain the data you provide in the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose of its storage is no longer given (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular those concerning retention periods, remain unaffected.
In order to continuously improve our online offering and to gain a better understanding of how visitors use our website, we use the Matomo analysis tool. This is an open source software for web analysis. Below we inform you about what data is collected by Matomo and how this data is used.
Matomo does not transmit data to servers outside of AP&S's control. Matomo is deactivated when you visit our website. Only if you actively consent, your usage behavior is recorded anonymously. Data processing is based on your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TTDSG, Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO, provided you have given your consent via our Consent Manager. You can revoke your consent at any time. Please make the new settings in the Consent Manager - see item 9 Your current cookie settings and information.

- Plug-ins and tools
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.
When you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to link your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
YouTube serves to make our website appealing. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.
This website uses the Google Maps service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transmission.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of the attractiveness of our website and to make it easier to find the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.
GOOGLE SERVICE RECAPTCHA
We use Google's reCaptcha service to determine whether a human or a computer is making a particular entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a human or a computer: IP address of the terminal device used, the website you visit with us on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our side in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated entries (attacks).
DATA FOR THE NEWSLETTER
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data only for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
We therefore only process the data you enter in the contact form with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The data processed until receipt of your request may continue to be processed lawfully.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used for sending the newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, after which this data will be deleted. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.
This website uses CleverReach to send newsletters. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. CleverReach is a service that organizes and evaluates the sending of newsletters. The data you provide when registering for our newsletter (e.g. your e-mail address) is stored on CleverReach's servers in Germany.
Sending our newsletters with CleverReach allows us to analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients. Among other things, we can determine how many recipients opened the email containing the newsletter and how often various links contained therein were clicked. With the help of conversion tracking, we can also analyze whether a predefined action (e.g. the purchase of a product on our website) takes place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. You can find more information on data evaluation by CleverReach at www.cleverreach.com/de/funktionen/reporting-und-tracking/.
The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The data processed until your revocation may continue to be processed lawfully.
If you do not want your use of the newsletter to be analyzed by CleverReach, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a link in every newsletter we send. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used for sending the newsletter until you unsubscribe, after which this data will be deleted from our servers and those of CleverReach. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected.
Implementation of a commissioned data processing contract
We have concluded an order data processing agreement with CleverReach and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using CleverReach.
- Our social media presences
Below we provide you with general data protection information on the use of social networks:
DATA PROCESSING THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKS
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks.
Social networks such as Instagram or Facebook can generally analyze your user behavior extensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. Like buttons or advertising banners). By visiting our social media presences, numerous processing operations relevant to data protection are triggered. In detail:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected under certain circumstances if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.
With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed to you inside and outside the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are or were logged in.
Our social media presences are intended to ensure the most comprehensive presence possible on the Internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which are to be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
RESPONSIBLE PARTY AND ASSERTION OF RIGHTS
If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Instagram), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. In principle, you can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. against Instagram).
Please note that despite the joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing operations of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider.
The data collected directly by us via the social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for storing it no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
- Your current cookie settings and information
Cookies are small text files used by websites to make the user experience more efficient.
By law, we may store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this site. For all other cookie types, we need your permission.
To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool "Real Cookie Banner". Details on how "Real Cookie Banner" works can be found at https://devowl.io/de/rcb/datenverarbeitung/.
Legal bases for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DS-GVO and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.
The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we cannot manage your consents.
