Application Guide
Are all vacant positions posted on the website?
You can find all open positions on our website. We update the list on an ongoing basis. The positions are published on the homepage until the application process is completed.
What are meaningful application documents?
The more comprehensive the picture we can form of you on the basis of your application documents, the better we can assess whether you are suitable for the position. As a rule, a personal cover letter, a detailed resume and meaningful references are sufficient for this.
How quickly will I get feedback?
You will receive a confirmation from us once we have received your application.
We need some time for the selection process, as your application will be reviewed by both the HR and specialist departments. As we know how important prompt feedback is to you as an applicant, processing applications is a high priority for us. Once we have reviewed your application, we will get back to you within two weeks. However, should it take longer, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Can I submit a speculative application?
If there is no vacancy at AP&S that matches your profile, you are of course welcome to send us a speculative application. If a position matching your profile is available in the foreseeable future, we will be happy to include your documents in our pool of applicants so that we can contact you as soon as possible.
