Are all vacant positions published on the homepage?
Yes, you can find all vacancies on our homepage. We update the list on an ongoing basis. The positions are published on the homepage until the application process is completed.
What do you understand by meaningful application documents?
The more comprehensive the picture we can form of you on the basis of your application documents, the better we can assess whether you are suitable for the position. As a rule, a personal cover letter, a detailed resume and meaningful references are sufficient for this purpose.
Can I submit a speculative application?
If there is no vacancy advertised at AP&S that fits your profile, you are of course welcome to send us an unsolicited application. If a position matching your profile is to be filled in the foreseeable future, we will be happy to include your documents in our pool of applicants so that we can contact you as soon as possible.
How quickly will I get feedback?
After receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation from us. We need some time for the selection process, as your application will be reviewed by both the HR and specialist departments. Since we know how important it is to you as an applicant to receive feedback promptly, processing applications is a high priority for us. However, should it take longer, you will receive an interim response.
Can I apply for more than one position?
If several vacancies have aroused your interest, you can also apply for several ads at the same time. Please note in your cover letter which positions you are interested in. You do not need to send your documents more than once.
