AP&S International GmbH plans to expand its established AP&S Academy to Dresden - and in cooperation with the qfmd GmbH- Qualifizierung für Mikroelektronik Dresden GmbH to open a new chapter in training and further education. The aim is to create practical training courses on wet process systems for both industrial personnel and trainees. The result is a modern training center that combines technical know-how, realistic exercises and the highest safety standards.
While AP&S has so far focused on training customers on the company's own systems, the new concept will be significantly expanded: in future, general training courses on wet process equipment will also be offered - from troubleshooting and hardware and software troubleshooting to the safe handling of chemicals and the development of basic technical skills. The focus will be on reducing fear of contact as well as practising routine steps on a real system under production-like conditions - but without chemicals and therefore completely risk-free for the participants.
In close cooperation with qfmd This creates a unique training model for adults and trainees that combines technical expertise, practical application and modern didactics. qfmd contributes many years of experience in adult education, training support and skills development.
